A Survey on Junior Nurses’ Risk Perception Level and Its Influencing Factors

[Objective] Junior nurses’ perceived risk level may affect their career satisfaction and performances. This study sought to investigate the current situation of perception junior nurses with undergraduate degrees determine its influencing factors, aim provide a reference for nursing managers carry out targeted training education nurses. [Methods] A total 484 from five tertiary hospitals in Guangdong Province were selected by convenience sampling method as research participants. The general information questionnaire, questionnaire Chinese version Positive Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) scale used survey. [Results] enrolled scored 85.84±13.56 (Full score was 100) on Working years, positive negative affect, gender, personality characteristics main factors levels (P<0.05). [Conclusions] nurses' at moderate acceptable level. However, higher dimensions such physical function, occupational exposure, time.
